Senator Palumbo moved to amend the bill on page four, section one hundred seven-b, after line thirty-seven, by inserting a new subsection, designated subsection (e), to read as follows:

(e) Motor vehicles offered for sale as-is may not constitute more than twenty-five percent of a dealer’s inventory offered for sale to the general public.
